This is a view of a quarter of a century of modern generation of electricity as well as the development of innovative emission protection in Germany. The decision to install a flue gas purification plant at the Wilhelmshaven power plant was already made in the early planning stages - this was a first in Germany at the time and meant venturing into unknown territory in terms of procedure.
