Some 100 employees work at the Wilhelmshaven power plant in six shifts every day; thus ensuring the operational reliability of the power plant.

At the Wilhelmshaven site there is a hard coal fired power plant and a gas turbine.

The flue gas purification process generates high quantities of gypsum and flue ash, both of which can be completely re-used in the construction industry.
